The Story

Imprisoned on the Isle of the Lost – home of the most infamous villains who ever lived – the teenaged children of Maleficent, the Evil Queen, Jafar, and Cruella De Vil have never ventured off the island… until now. When the four troublemakers are sent to attend prep school alongside the children of beloved Disney heroes, they have a difficult choice to make: should they follow in their parents’ wicked footsteps or learn to be good?​​​

Select students will also be invited to perform featured musical numbers in our pre-show, Disney Channel Onstage!

About the Audition

​

Student Actors in Grades 1 - 3 (Jr. Cast)

Students seeking an performing role in our Jr. Cast must prepare a song to sing one minute or less in length. Jr. Cast students will audition in a small group and will be asked to share their song and also be led through some movement and interactive exercises with our staff.​

​

Student Actors in Grades 4 - 12 (Sr. Cast)

​Students seeking an acting/singing role in our Sr. Cast must prepare a one minute memorized monologue of their choosing that they feel helps them portray the character/role they are auditioning for. Additionally, each student must prepare a 16 to 32 bar cut of a song to sing that showcases the range and style required for the character/role they are auditioning for. Each student must sign up for an audition block during one of the available audition dates. There will also be a group choreography call that each student auditioning for the Sr. Cast must participate in the evening of their audition from 7:45-8:00pm.

Student Orchestra

Students seeking a role in our orchestra must prepare 32 measures or less than one minute of a piece of your choice, then record and submit a video of the student playing the piece to audition@cpamburg.com. Submissions must be sent by July 23 to be considered.

Show Information

Rehearsal Days: Tentatively Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and some Saturdays

​**Not every cast member will need to be at every rehearsal. Attendance is based on scenes being rehearsed at each rehearsal and which characters appear in those scenes. Students auditioning for a acting role must bring a complete list of all conflicts to auditions! Each student auditioning will be required to fill out a conflict calendar at the audition.

 

Show Dates: September 12 - 13, 2026 (rain dates September 19 - 20, 2026)

Tech Week: September 6 - 11, 2026 (no absences permitted)

Participation Fee:

Senior Cast: $150 per cast member

Junior Cast: $120 per cast member

Orchestra: $60 per cast member
